All net revenue generated by FaithBindsUs, Inc. after reasonable operating and administrative expenses will be directed to benevolent purposes administered through Pastor Derek Duncan of Chapel of the Cross, located in Westborough, Massachusetts.
Under the pastoral oversight of Pastor Duncan, these funds will support:

Leadership and Board Composition

Pastor Derek Duncan brings more than 35 years of theological training and pastoral leadership, offering doctrinal guidance and spiritual accountability. Patrick Hazard brings extensive experience supporting Christian ministries across Louisiana, New York, and Massachusetts, along with his professional work as a Physician Assistant in Massachusetts and his service as an assistant pastor and music director at Chapel of the Cross. Ryan Donnelly, a software engineer, has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and digital platforms operations. This includes working with The New York Times. Lauren Donnelly contributes operational and financial insights shaped by her integral involvement in building and sustaining multiple successful enterprises, thereby strengthening the organization’s administrative and fiscal stewardship.
Together, the Board ensures that FaithBindsUs, Inc. remains mission-focused, financially responsible, and governed with integrity, compassion, and accountability in service of individuals and families in need.
B. Financial Controls and Audit Trail
FaithBindsUs, Inc maintains accurate financial records and transparent accounting practices. A complete audit trail will be implemented and overseen by The Swanson Group, LLC, an independent accounting firm based in Maine.
