Tenets of Leadership: Communication, Make It Short, Clear, & Frequent
“Clear words build trust; confused words erode it.”
Clarity is kindness. Speak plainly, often, and with purpose. Say what matters, frequently and simply. Know your audience. Confusion is cruelty. Communication is your leadership tool; sharpen it.
“Let your yes be yes, and your no, no. For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.” (Matthew 5:37)
Authentic leadership is grounded in trust. A leader whose word is dependable, who means what they say and says what they mean, builds a foundation of integrity. (Matthew 5:37) calls for simplicity and clarity in communication that reflects a heart of truthfulness.
Leaders who practice this are seen as honorable and reliable. (Matthew 5:37) It is a call to authentic, principled leadership, where trust is earned not by eloquence or persuasion, but by unwavering truth and character. A leader who lives out this principle teaches others the value of honesty and conviction, not just in speech, but in all conduct.
