The Tenets of Leadership: Cultivate Participation and Ownership

They don’t just want responsibilities; they long for roles that matter. A wise leader invites others into the work, giving them a genuine stake in the vision and the reward.

“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor.” (Ecclesiastes 4:9)

This verse highlights the strength of companionship, collaboration, and shared purpose. Solomon reminds us that isolation leads to weakness, but partnership builds resilience and multiplies success. Effective leadership is not about standing above others but walking beside them. True leaders multiply their influence through teamwork, shared vision, and faithful collaboration.
