What These Days Reveal
These were not random appearances by the resurrected Jesus. They were intentional. Jesus was not simply proving He was alive. He was preparing His people to live differently.
🙏 Acts 1:8 (NKJV) — “You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you…”
By the time He ascended, they were no longer the same men and women who had fled in fear. They were ready. Not because they were perfect—but because they had been formed.
Why This Still Matters
The pattern has not changed. God still works this way:
He meets you
He teaches you
He restores you
He strengthens you
Then He sends you
We often want the sending without the forming. But lasting faith is not built quickly, it is built deeply.
A Personal Reflection

Lord, thank You for what You have revealed. Thank You for what You are still forming in me. Help me to walk forward with clarity, faith, and trust in You. And as You lead, give me the courage to follow. Amen.
